These terms and conditions describe the rules applicable when customers browse, purchase, or otherwise use the MYRQEVA™ online store at myrqeva.com.

01. Store Operator and Scope of These Terms
MYRQEVA™ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Guanchao Technology Co., Ltd.
These terms apply to purchases and related interactions made through myrqeva.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that the transaction is also subject to applicable store policies, including our shipping policies, return and refund policies, privacy policy, and other purchase-related information available on the website.
02. Product Description and Display
Our goal is to present product names, descriptions, specifications, dimensions, photos, stock availability, and prices as accurately as possible.
Due to the different screens and lighting environments in which products are viewed, colors, textures, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly from the actual product.
Some home décor products may also have slight variations due to manufacturing tolerances, material characteristics, surface treatments, or other normal manufacturing differences.
03. Placing an Order
When you submit an order, you request to purchase the selected products based on the information displayed on the checkout page.
Automatic order confirmation only indicates that we have received your order request. It does not necessarily mean that all payment, inventory, fraud prevention, address, or shipping verifications have been completed.

If payment has been received but we subsequently cancel the order, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment method.

Before submitting your order, the checkout page will display the applicable product prices, available payment methods, discounts, shipping costs, applicable taxes, and the final order amount.
By providing payment information, you acknowledge that you are entitled to use your chosen payment method and that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify and other payment service providers in accordance with their applicable terms, security procedures, and legal requirements.
05. Order Processing and Shipping Once payment is confirmed and the necessary order verification is completed, orders are typically ready within 2-4 business days.
During promotional events, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volume, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
For standard shipping to supported destinations in the United States, the estimated carrier transit time is generally 10-15 business days after shipment.
The estimated delivery date is not a guarantee and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, destination, customs, local service conditions, or other events beyond our direct control.
06. Returns and Refunds Eligible products can generally be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmation of receipt, subject to the conditions set forth in our Returns and Refunds Policy.
Customers must contact us before returning any items so that we can review the return request and provide the correct return instructions.
Upon receiving a eligible return, after inspection and approval, we typically initiate the corresponding refund process via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Banks, card issuers, and payment service providers may require additional time to credit the refund amount to your account.
07. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Goods
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or significantly different from the applicable product description, please contact our customer support team immediately.
We may request the order number, photos, videos, packaging information, or other reasonable details necessary for review.
If the problem is confirmed to be due to our error, we will provide an appropriate solution, including replacement, reshipment, refund, return instructions, or other reasonable remedies.
08. Order Change and Cancellation Requests
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We will do our best to assist you with changes or cancellations before order processing begins. However, once processing, packaging, shipping, preparing, or dispatching has begun, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the order is successfully cancelled before shipment.
9. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotional codes, limited-time discounts, promotions, and other special offers may be subject to specific terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions may include expiry dates, minimum purchase requirements, product exclusions, customer eligibility rules, usage restrictions, or other restrictions set forth in the applicable offer.
